Details about this exciting opportunity:

  • Full-Time Substance Use Clinician opening in our Hartsdale and Mt. Vernon Family Mental Health Clinics.
  • This position is currently hybrid and will be based out of our innovative Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorders Outpatient Program and will collaborate with a full multidisciplinary team including Psychiatrists, Nurses, and Social Workers.
  • 100% outpatient, treating, older adults, adults, adolescents, and families.
  • Strong supervision, training, and support built into the program.
  • No weekends!
  • Compensation: $58,000-$93,000/year, depending on licensure (with a CASAC: LMSWs: $58,000-$63,000; LMHCs/LCSWs: $68,000-$73,000; Licensed Psychologist: $93,000).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish speaking staff are eligible for an additional $3,000/year.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual, family, and group treatment for clients struggling with substance use disorders, and any co-occurring mental health conditions.

If you have the following:

Qualifications: 

  • Both an active New York State license (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, Ph.D., etc.) and an active CASAC are required for this position.
  • At least two years of work experience caring for people with substance use disorders, preferred.
  • Spanish/English proficiency preferred, not required.
