Overview of Position
The program staff works with youth in schools and communities throughout Westchester to promote healthy relationships based on equality, respect and trust. The goal is to empower youth with the knowledge to recognize signs of abuse and strategies to help themselves and their peers.

Skills
Strong public speaking, public relations, and organizational skills.
Ability to build rapport with diverse youth populations.
Experience in counseling and creative curriculum development.
Familiarity with domestic violence and dating abuse theory, or a willingness to learn.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Computer proficiency.
Additional Requirements
Flexible hours: The role requires availability for early morning workshops, evening meetings, and weekend events.
Driver's license in good standing and access to a personal vehicle for travel.
