Job Summary
The Program Coordinator implements our vibrant adult programming which includes lectures, workshops, support groups, and trips. This individual ensures successful planning, implementation, and follow-up for all adult social and educational programs. This position sits on the Member Engagement team, which ensures a high quality of engagement with current and prospective members and program participants. This team member will also lead tours, enroll program participants, orient new members into the agency, handle member and program fees, answer calls and emails, and enter information into databases. The ideal candidate is responsible, communicative, has strong attention to detail, and loves working with people. The Program Coordinator will report to the Director of Member Engagement.
Flexible full time (40 hour) position with hours ranging between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM and flexibility to work occasional evening and weekend programs.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job including movement within an office environment. The role requires the ability to write by hand and use a keyboard to perform general office functions. Also requires the ability to communicate by speech and hearing continuously. Visual acuity is needed for detailed work, and computer use. The ability to sit for extended periods of time is also a requirement.
Salary: $58,000 -$62,000 year
