We’re looking for a warm, curious, and community-focused team member who enjoys working one-on-one with individuals, teaching essential tech skills, and helping build digital confidence—particularly among underserved populations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, bilingual (Spanish/English), and excited about using technology to create ladders of opportunity.

  2. Refurbished computers
  3. Basic digital literacy training (especially in Google Workspace and online navigation)
  • Deliver hands-on digital skills workshops for adults and families with limited technology experience, using our Digital Equity Pathways curriculum.
  • Provide case management-style client support, including:
  1. Communicating directly via text, phone, and email
  2. Scheduling appointments and follow-ups
  3. Tracking progress and ensuring client needs are met
  • Assist with outreach to help individual clients access our tech education programs and to provide other bilingual assistance
  • Collaborate with the team on program logistics by:
  1. Managing inventory of devices and materials
  2. Maintaining accurate data in our client management system
  • Collaborate with community partners such as libraries, workforce centers, and nonprofits to expand program reach.
  • Participate in team culture, including monthly staff meetings (help us pick the snacks!) and quarterly gatherings.
