POSITION:
Location: Westchester, NY
Position Type: Part-time (10-12 hours/week), Hybrid or remote, with strongly preferred availability onsite at the Pelham office 4 hours each Tuesday and Thursday morning plus availability for events; remainder remote.
Compensation: $17 per hour or for school credit
Reports To: Program Officer
This position will support operations and programming, focusing on database support (data clean up, data entry) in Salesforce; organizing online and hard-copy folders/files; and data management. It will also support outreach programs, event organization and office management. Additional tasks may be assigned depending on the skill set & interests of the intern.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Self-motivation, good interpersonal and communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for this position, as are strong administrative and organizational skills and the capacity to work on multiple projects at one time. Experience with Google Docs and Sheets or Microsoft Office required; SalesForce a plus. Experience in a non-profit environment and with donor databases a plus. Familiarity with refugee and immigration issues a plus.
