Food Preparer lead

We are looking for a food preparer for our Speakeasy bar

Hours are Thursday, Friday and Saturday 4:30pm until 9:30pm

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and 4 -5 food item menus, assembling and serving as per standardized recipes and procedures.

- Assist bar team with 6-7 syrups and juices

- Follow all guidelines for safe food handling and sanitation.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.

Must have Skills

1. Knife skills ( Must know how to slice fruits, artisanal cheeses)

2. Good communication

3. Clean and sanitary

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
