LUCA seeks an organized and energetic self-starter to join our growing organization as part of our Program Team. Program Coordinators assist in planning and delivering our signature programs: LUCA Scholars College Access and Success Programs. As a key team member, Program Coordinators provide essential support to ensure all programs are consistent with LUCA’s mission and goals. Reports to: Director of Programs
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Hybrid Remote/in office
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000

Key Responsibilities
● Support project management, preparation, and implementation of workshops and community presentations
● Provide organizational and administrative support to program staff
● Conduct outreach to parents and students to maximize program participation
● Build authentic relationships with Scholars, Coaches, and Alumni with personalized guidance
● Ensure excellence in service, troubleshooting issues as they arise, in support of program delivery
● Work with staff, partners, and school administrators to ensure the highest quality outcomes for students and families
● Collect and analyze data to measure outcomes and utilize data for program decision-making and improvement
● Enter data in salesforce
● Work on reports.
● Assisting with contacting school partners, students, and families when needed.
● General support to all LUCA events.
● Other special projects as needed.

Desired Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree required
● 1-2 years of experience as an assistant, intern or coordinator.
● Bilingual – Spanish / English preferred but not required
● Problem-solver, self-starter, quick learner, and able to work independently
● Organized and detail-oriented, the ability to multitask, and handle multiple priorities
● Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills
● Collaborator; excited to engage staff, community leaders, corporate partners, and college administrators
● Comfortable with technology; including Google Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM databases
● Ability to work flexible hours that include evenings and/or weekends to deliver programming as required
